We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior DevOps Engineer / Virtualisation SME position and participate in project for our client from the Gaming/Gambling industry.
You can expect:
- Design and implement fully automated environment provisioning across virtualized platforms
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting multi‑component on‑prem environments
- Develop advanced automation using scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Groovy, etc.)
- Optimize VM provisioning workflows for performance, scalability and repeatability
- Collaborate with platform, storage, network and security teams to ensure integration readiness
- Troubleshoot virtualization‑layer issues and advise on best practices
- Contribute to the delivery of reproducible PoC environments
Requirements
- Min 7 years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering
- Expert knowledge of one or more virtualization platforms (Nutanix AHV strongly preferred; Hyper‑V, VMware, KVM also relevant)
- Strong hands‑on automation background (Terraform, Ansible, scripts, pipelines)
- Excellent understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, configuration management
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently in a fully distributed European team
- Communicative English
