We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Senior Cloud Operations Engineer - Support Line 2 and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the medical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations management, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness across cloud infrastructure.
- Drive operational excellence through strategic planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee deployment of new and updated services across the cloud ecosystem.
- Align operational activities with business objectives through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Fundamental knowledge in CI/CD tools and processes (e.g. Azure DevOps).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO27001/17/18, ISO22301, Medical Devices Regulation).
- Maintain data protection, quality, and integrity standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet performance efficiency targets.
- Foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams.
- Search for opportunities to improve the system and implement positive changes.
- Ensuring data protection, data quality and data integrity and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
