We are looking for team player to fill Test Lead position in a dynamic international project for the customer from Teleco industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all testing activities: planning, strategy, execution and reporting. Coordinate SIT, regression, integration, and UAT support.
- Manage defects, risks and cross-team communication.
- Ensure traceability between requirements and test scenarios.
- Work closely with product, configuration and development teams.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience and Leadership proficiency in managing geographically dispersed testing teams, with a strong focus on collaboration with product development teams.
- Extensive professional background in software testing, encompassing comprehensive research, design, methodologies, implementation, and documentation.
- Experience testing telecom billing/BSS systems
- Expertise in crafting, implementing, and managing Test Automation Solutions, tailored for cloud-based deployments and DevOps workflows.
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
