We are looking for team player to fill Senior Systems Engineer position in a dynamic international project. You can expect:
- Document Management System (DMS) Support engineer offering technical support for Document Capture and delivery services across Global sites.
- Works with Scan operations staff to diagnose, detect, and fix DMS technical issues to restore systems to Steady state operations.
- Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting Kofax, DSP, E2E reporting, and Webstatus.net applications based on SQL server, deployed on Windows Server IIS.
- Work on incidents, requests, and problem tickets.
- Manage production deployments and major incidents.
- Monitor Jobs and remediate any failures.
- Communicate and coordinate issue status effectively with users.
- Availability to work till 7 pm Polish Time
Requirements
- Min 6 years of software experience, with a minimum of 4 years in .Net and SQL.
- Experience with ASP.NET using C#, NET Fx 4.0/ 3.5, JavaScript, MVC 4, WCF, Web Services, HTML 5, CSS, JQuery.
- Extensive experience with Windows 10, Server 2016/2022, SQL Database, Advanced IIS, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge in IIS Apppool management, powershell, webfarming (load balancing), and High availability (clustering).
- Analyzing IIS and Windows event logs to diagnose application, configuration, or server issues, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in TCP/IP and troubleshooting Network Issues; basic knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Communicative English
Nice to have:
- Experience with VB.Net, Ext JS, XAML.
- Microsoft Certified Professional, A+, Network+, or certifications in Document Imaging products, SQL Server, or Windows Server.
