We are looking for team player to fill Senior Application Support Engineer (L1) position in a dynamic international project for the customer from finance industry.
You will:
- Act as a senior escalation point for L1 incidents and complex service requests.
- Oversee triage, diagnosis, and resolution of issues across Fenergo and integrated systems.
- Provide proactive system monitoring, job scheduling oversight, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business analysts, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver configuration changes and releases.
- Lead problem management and root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
- Create and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks for L1 teams.
- Support deployment validation, environment refreshes, and patch rollouts.
- Mentor and guide junior support engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years in application support, production support, or AMS roles in financial services.
- Strong hands-on experience with Fenergo CLM/KYC platform.
- Solid knowledge of KYC/AML processes for institutional clients.
- Proficiency in API integrations, SQL for diagnostics, and job monitoring tools.
- Strong ITIL and ITSM process knowledge (certification preferred).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Fenergo configuration (rules engine, workflows, UI).
- Knowledge of financial data domains (LEI, UBO, sanctions).
- Familiarity with Splunk, AppDynamics or similar tools.
