Job Description

ITMAGINATION, now part of a Virtusa Group helps its Clients by becoming a true extension of their software and data development capabilities. We are looking for team player to fill Senior Application Support Engineer (L2) position in a dynamic international project for the customer from finance industry.

You will:

  • Act as a senior escalation point for L2 incidents and complex service requests.
  • Oversee triage, diagnosis, and resolution of issues across Fenergo and integrated systems.
  • Provide proactive system monitoring, job scheduling oversight, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver configuration changes and releases.
  • Lead problem management and root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks for L2 teams.
  • Support deployment validation, environment refreshes, and patch rollouts.
  • Mentor and guide junior support engineers.


Requirements

  • 8+ years in application support, production support, or AMS roles in financial services.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Fenergo CLM/KYC platform.
  • Solid knowledge of KYC/AML processes for institutional clients.
  • Proficiency in API integrations, SQL for diagnostics, and job monitoring tools.
  • Strong ITIL and ITSM process knowledge (certification preferred).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Will be a plus:
  • Experience with Fenergo configuration (rules engine, workflows, UI).
  • Knowledge of financial data domains (LEI, UBO, sanctions).
  • Familiarity with Splunk, AppDynamics or similar tools.
