We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant specialized in ITSM.
You will be responsible for the analysis, coordination, and configuration implementation of customer requirements for Incident, Problem, Change, and ServiceRequest processes.
The role also involves functional and technical documentation and possible coordination with the English-speaking nearshore development team.
Requirements
- German language min B2+ and English Language min B2+ is strictly mandatory.
- More than 3 years of experience in the role of ServiceNow Solution Consultant.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow and ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, ServiceRequest, CMDB).
