We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of ServiceNow Product Modeler and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the telco area. The main task involves modeling a large product catalog containing complex IT products for SOMT.
Requirements
- C1-level German is strictly mandatory. (The project environment and documentation are in German).
- ServiceNow SOM/SOMT Expertise: Proven hands-on experience specifically in ServiceNow Product Modeling for Sales Order Management.
- Process Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Order Management and Service Management lifecycles.
- Technical proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
- Expertise in managing and structuring large-scale Product Catalogs.
- Complex Modeling: Experience handling "complex" IT products (e.g., bundled services, dependencies, and multi-layered configurations).
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant module would be an advantage.
