We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Senior Product Owner and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking area. It’s a great fit for someone hands-on, structured, and comfortable operating in complex environments.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Product Owner / Proxy PO in technology teams
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories
- Solid background in project delivery, planning, and coordination
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in international environments (English B2+/C1 required)
- Senior profile with hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Client Contribution or Client P&L processes
- Experience in banking / financial services
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Practical use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) in day-to-day work
- Ability to structure problems and iterate quickly in fast delivery cycles
- Comfortable working in lean teams leveraging automation and AI agents
