We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Product Architect (Azure, .NET, IoT, Edge) and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the healthcare area. This is a fully-remote project with business trips to Germany once per month.
You can expect to:
- Define scalable Azure and On-Prem architectures based on microservices for
healthcare-grade products, with strong focus on IoT and edge-to-cloud solutions.
- Design device connectivity and messaging using Azure IoT Hub and MQTT
(telemetry, commands, device twin patterns, provisioning/lifecycle).
- Lead technical workshops, mentor teams, and perform architecture/code reviews.
- Govern CI/CD, code quality, security-by-design, reliability, performance, and
operational readiness (observability, rollout/upgrade strategies).
- Produce clear technical documentation (architecture views, ADRs, UML/sequence
diagrams) and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven Software Architect / Tech Lead experience on .NET and Azure in production environments.
- Strong expertise in Azure IoT Hub and MQTT design and failure-mode handling
(reconnect, QoS, offline scenarios, backpressure).
- Containers and OCI ecosystem: Docker/containerd, image build & distribution,
container security basics.
- Kubernetes: architecture and operations fundamentals (deployments, services,
ingress, config/secrets, scaling, upgrades).
- Edge computing: designing and operating local clusters on the edge, including
- constrained/offline environments; familiarity with hypervisors and virtualization
concepts used for edge deployments.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills;
- Professional English (C1)

- Some expertise on Embedded development (ARM, x86).
- Healthcare / medical device regulations and standards: IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO
- 14971; GDPR.
- Threat modeling and IoT security (certs/PKI, device identity, rotation).
- Modeling tools: PlantUML, draw.io.
