We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Camunda Process Designer and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking area. This is a fully-remote project.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing workflows using BPMN 2.0 (or equivalent orchestration/process modeling) in real delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of orchestration in distributed systems: retries, timeouts, idempotency, error handling, compensation/saga patterns.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: product, operations, architecture, and software engineers.
- Ability to communicate designs clearly (diagram + narrative) and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in regulated, high-availability environments with strong governance and audit needs.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Camunda 8 (Zeebe), including modeling for execution and operability.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging patterns, and API integration design.
- Familiarity with workflow observability and operations (e.g., incident triage, monitoring dashboards, process KPIs).
- Background in banking/financial services or other complex enterprise domains.
- Experience defining reusable process patterns libraries and coaching teams on modeling best practices.
