The Great Place To Work Survey is an anonymous survey sent to our team every year around October where we collect their feedback and see what we are doing well and what we can do better. 2022 - A Year Of Progress
Over the past year, we have improved in every single area where our team rated us better than the year before. We want to thank everyone for their continued trust and cooperation, and we hope to continue moving forward with this upward trend over the coming years!
What We Can Do Better
While we are proud of our accomplishments and improvements, we always know that there is room to do better, and we want to make sure our team has the best workplace to be in. Our team feels that we can still improve in several areas, we have heard their feedback and implemented some changes already and have more coming down the line.
Celebrating various special occasions - we have already implemented an integration budget and are also conducting remote get-togethers, cooking sessions, and more!
We are exploring additional benefits for our team, and will be assessing these over the next months. We already have health insurance and sports packages which offer significant discounts for our team, and will be expanding with additional offers.
Building a stronger sense of community internally is what we are also addressing over the next year. We hope to achieve this by better integration events, even more transparency with the introduction of different HR initiatives (to be realeased soon!) and more.
This is a prestigious award from the American institute, which, as a result of assessing the feedback of our employees, shows that we have a great atmosphere and favorable working conditions in our House of Innovators.
