We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Backend Spark Developer position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the Banking industry located in Warsaw, Poland.
You can expect:
- Working with a highly skilled team of professionals
- Developing end-to-end ETL processes with Spark/Scala
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in relevant position
- Min. 2 years of experience working with Spark with Scala, software design patterns, and TDD
- Experience working with big data – Spark, Hadoop and Hive
- Experience with different database structures
- Proven experience and expertise across data integration and data management with high data volumes
- Experiencie working in agile continuous integration with DevOps paradigm and a tool set (Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus, Jira)
- Basics of Cloud computing (Docker, Kubernetes, OS3, Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of Bash, Control-M and security basics
- Excellent English and Polish skills
