Project Management

Project Managers are responsible for planning, organizing, and day-to-day management of project execution within the given constraints (scope, schedule, budget, resources) while monitoring and handling project-related risks and issues.
Project Managers collaborate closely with the project team coordinating, motivating, and supporting them in everyday work.
In addition, PMs provide regular status updates and collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
