Service Desk

Service Desk Consultants are responsible for solving end-user problems as the first line of support. They also take care of equipment inventory, new workplace preparation, and managing licenses assigned to employees.
They help with equipment repairs (warranty and non-warranty) and help maintain the equipment's good condition.

  • Licenses mamagement, preparation and monitoring
  • Operating system reinstallation and customization
  • Occasional need for support from the second line
  • Warranty and non-warranty repairs handling
  • User work tools preparation
