I’m a seasoned IT recruiter and manager. I’ve been working in the IT sector for over 10 years. I have the whole track behind me – started my career as a sourcer, became an IT recruiter, switched to team leader, and have been an HR/TA Manager since 2016. That allows me to look at the big picture of how the team and its members should act and live like to succeed.

As for recruitment I’m keen on improving general methods and processes that help my team become more efficient and bring an outstanding candidate experience to all who participate in our recruitment process, as well as to the teams everyday work.
