Legal

In-house Lawyers are responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the company, mainly through drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts. In addition, their goal is to advise on corporate issues, employment, and personnel issues, internal policies, and compliance with applicable law. In-house Lawyers ensure day-to-day legal support to all internal stakeholders of the company.

I’ve been working as a lawyer for over a decade, for the most part in a law firm. In 2015, I passed the Bar exam and became an attorney-at-law. I joined ITMAGINATION in 2021 and since then, I’ve been developing my skills as an in-house lawyer in the IT industry.

In my day-to-day work, I provide comprehensive legal support to the company mainly through drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, as well as managing and mentoring the legal team.
‍
My duties require me to tackle issues regarding intellectual property, data privacy, IT project management, and confidential information under a variety of laws and jurisdictions. I identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them, which sometimes leads to challenging negotiations with colleagues inside ITMAGINATION or even myself to ensure the best possible outcome.

  • Ability to identify and maitain law-required registers (with assistance)
  • Drafting and negotiating simple contracts under foreign law

Nice-to-have:

  • Passed Bar exam (examination for attorneys at law)
  • Experience in advising in IT sector
