PMO

PMO Officers are responsible for providing support and consulting within agreed internal project management framework, as well as assists in the creation and update of project-related managerial documentation.
In addition, PMO Officers provide regular updates on project status and tracking against agreed KPIs.
They also help implement and improve PMO-owned processes and tools (e.g. project/risk/governance/knowledge management related) and take part in the preparation and distribution of communication helping to build knowledge and strenghten the PM community.
