Controlling

Financial Controllers are responsible for providing reliable financial information supporting the management's decision-making. Their duties include financial analysis, management reporting and control of operations and books of account.
In addition to the participation in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and explanation of deviations, their responsibilities include also supporting the month-end closing process and annual financial audit as well as the reconciliation of statutory and management financial statements.
Financial Controllers cooperate closely with other divisions of the organisation providing them with their support.

I'm responsible for providing reliable financial information supporting management decision-making. My duties include financial analysis, management reporting, and overall control of operations as well as the correctness of their recognition in the books of account. A significant part of my work is revolved around preparing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and financial forecasts and explaining deviations.

My responsibilities also include supporting the month-end closing process and annual financial audit. I cooperate closely with Finance and other divisions of ITMAGINATION, providing them with the required data. By delivering timely and tailored management information, I aim at contributing to better the efficiency and development of our organization.
