Delivery Management

Delivery Managers are responsible for the overall management of the assigned projects and teams, ensuring projects' successful execution, teams' and individuals' work continuity, supporting teams and induviduals' development, capacity planning as well as handling project and team-related documentation.
In addition, Delivery Managers are obliged to develop cooperation with Customers, manage relations as well as track and develop new areas of cooperation.

I'm a Co-Founder and Board Member at ITMAGINATION, additionally acting as the Delivery Department Head. In this role, I oversee projects' delivery to clients, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

In addition to my professional responsibilities, I'm also passionate about learning new languages and traveling. I always seek new ways to improve my language skills and have a strong desire to explore different cultures and countries.
