Delivery Management

Delivery Managers are responsible for the overall management of the assigned projects and teams, ensuring projects' successful execution, teams' and individuals' work continuity, supporting teams and individuals' development, capacity planning as well as handling project and team-related documentation.
In addition, Delivery Managers are obliged to develop cooperation with Customers, manage relations as well as track and develop new areas of cooperation.

As Chief Delivery Officer, I am responsible for overseeing the timely execution of projects and the quality of solutions delivered. Additionally, together with the Competence Center team, I am in charge of establishing and adhering to the highest quality standards.

Privately, in my free time I practice endurance sports (triathlon), which I try to combine by participating in competitions with my passion for exploring new places.
