Recruitment Consultants are responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, starting with sourcing activities, through conducting HR interviews and organizing technical verifications, and ending with negotiations and contract assignment.
Additionally, Recruitment Consultants should be able to onboard new employees and take care of Employer Branding activities.

I’ve been working in recruitment more or less since my university days, which was ages ago 😊.

I changed my career path for a while but then came back again 😊. In my career, I was lucky to have a chance to prove myself in various fields, both in IT and in other industries.

Despite theoretical changes in my positions, each of them was intertwined with recruitment. I explored it from the sourcer’s side, as well as from the hiring manager’s perspective.
‍
This journey allows me to see how business should work and how important the role of a recruiter is in it. I believe that despite dynamic changes in the market or the complexity of business, a lot still depends on the recruiter’s ability to communicate with candidates.

On a daily basis, I have a wonderful opportunity to improve my skills and share my experience with a great team!
