Data Engineering

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of data engineering and data quality
• Readiness to take responsibility for bigger chunks of large-scale projects or full responsibility over small projects
• Willingness to help less experienced colleagues
• Maturity and openness to different perspectives
• Ability to choose appropriate components and bootstrap the project
• Ability to verify candidates in the hiring process
• Proactively suggest new improvements and visualization techniques to business users
• Competence to create conceptual logical and physical data models and defining standards, principles, and methods to guide the development
• Ability to create efficient data solutions in the cloud
• Experience designing and executing data migration processes

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with cloud solutions for Big Data (Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift)
• Experience supporting Data Scientists (Machine Learning)
• Organizational and technical experience in corporate data management (Data Governance)
• Ability to write own plugins or display elements
